Warranty Policy

To the Original Purchaser

We provide a 2-year warranty for every power tool and hardware accessory, excluding all wear-and-tear parts. The warranty period is calculated from the date you receive the product.

For Subsequent Owners

We provide a 2-year warranty for every power tool and hardware accessory, excluding all normal wear parts. Subsequent owners must provide the original proof of purchase (original purchaser's name and original order number). The warranty period is still calculated from the date the original purchaser received the product.

Notes:

"Original Purchaser" refers to the person who purchased the product directly from our official website or authorized channels. "Subsequent Owner" refers to the second or later owner of the product.
If replacement of parts, accessories, or even the entire unit is required, we may charge a certain shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Separately Purchased Accessories

We provide a one-year warranty for separately purchased accessories. Details are as follows.

1. Within 7 days of receipt:
(1) Returns and exchanges are accepted.
(2) If the accessory has a quality issue, the shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be fully borne by us.
(3) If the accessory has no quality issue, exchanges are not accepted. For returns, 20% of the order amount will be deducted as a handling/shipping fee (minimum USD $15).

2. After 7 days from receipt:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Note: Wear-and-tear parts are not covered by the warranty. These wear-and-tear parts include drill bits, grinding wheels, carbon brushes, switches, bearings, seals, drive gears, power cords, rubber grips, etc.

Parts & Components

Genuine parts and components are covered by a two-year limited warranty. (During the warranty period, shipping costs for all spare parts sent to customers shall be borne by the customer.)

This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover:

Normal wear and tear that is not caused by defects in workmanship or materials. We may assess wear conditions. Parts typically not covered by the warranty include but are not limited to:
- Drill bits / driver bits
- Grinding wheels / cutting discs
- Carbon brushes
- Seals / O-rings
- Power cord insulation
- Switch contacts
- Bearings
- Drive belts / gears
- Wrenches / sockets and other hand tools

Parts damaged by corrosion due to environmental factors (moisture, high temperature, dust, chemical exposure, etc.).
Damage or deterioration of product surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics.
Motor, housing, handle, switch, battery pack, charger, gearbox, spindle, chuck, speed controller, LED light, bracket, heat sink, and hardware fasteners. Warranty is provided within one week from receipt of the product. After seven days, parts damaged during use will be charged.
Labor costs for part replacement or modification.
Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to overload operation, speed modification, using non-industrial-grade products in industrial scenarios, or other similar activities inconsistent with the product's intended use), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, dust or dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or mechanical stress.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by the original manufacturer.
Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or rendered illegible.
Product defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral devices not provided or approved by the original manufacturer.
Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment not in accordance with the instruction manual and user guide.
Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to severe weather, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any power source.
Products used or purchased outside the designated sales region.

Wear-and-Tear Parts

"Normal wear and tear" refers to natural and inevitable damage resulting from normal use. Normal wear parts are not covered by this warranty. The following are some other common wear parts not covered (this list is not exhaustive):

- Drill bits, driver bits, hole saws
- Grinding wheels, cutting discs, polishing pads
- Carbon brushes
- Bearings
- Seals, O-rings
- Power cords, plugs
- Switch contacts, buttons
- Rubber grips, handle overmolding
- Drive belts, drive gears
- Wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and other hand tools
- Stripped threads / bolts
- Chuck wear

Uncovered Situations

Under the following circumstances, this warranty is void and does not apply to damage caused by any of the following:

Improper assembly or installation.
Collision, negligence, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
Corrosion.
Improper modification or installation of components, parts, or accessories that are not originally designed for or compatible with the original manufacturer's product.
Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals as specified in the written instructions provided with the product.
For reimbursement of third-party repair costs, customers must obtain our approval prior to any such service. Repairs performed without our knowledge or consent will not be eligible for warranty reimbursement.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized channels in the designated country or region of purchase. If the product is shipped, relocated, or imported to a region other than the original place of purchase, warranty service may be limited or unavailable.
